ORDERING, CONTACT & A BIT MORE INFO!

All glass pendants are on ribbon unless stated otherwise. All have silver plated findings, lobster clasps & extender chains (see below).

Earrings & cufflinks are also plated. I make no apology for any slight differences between earrings/cufflinks in pairs! - this is the nature of kiln-fired glass & I believe adds to the beauty & individuality. All pendants are a good size, some quite large so please contact me if you would like dimensions. My pieces are light to wear, the glass is strong, but please remember it IS glass & should be treated as such. Each piece should last a life time if handled with care. Clean with a damp cloth. Do not wear in the bath or shower, and dont drop on the floor!

Because the glass is notoriously hard to photograph, some colours may look slightly different than they actually are, but I try to describe as accurately as possible. I am also aware that some square pieces look like they have a wavy edge - this is a trick of the light, not my bad cutting!!

If in the unlikely event that you are not totally delighted with your purchase, please let me know at once and I will endeavor to help. I work alone from start to finish so am totally responsible and commited to ensuring that you are 100% pleased with your purchase and the service you receive. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, click on the `buy` button and choose the way you would like to pay. When you add an item to your basket it will become reserved for 15 minutes. You must complete checkout within this time (No popping off to make a cup of tea just yet!) or your items will be removed from your basket. You may pay straight away using any credit card with pay pal, or follow the simple instructions to pay by cheque. (If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own currency.) Once you have sent me your`Paying by cheque` email your item will remain reserved for 7 days whilst I wait for the cheque to arrive & clear.

Shipping, packaging & Handling Your parcel will be sent first class.

Uk - £1.75 per parcel.

Europe - £2.25 per parcel.

Rest Of World - £3.00 per parcel.

Goods are not insured for loss in transit. Please note Royal Mail do not insure against damage/breakage of glass. (OR ceramics, for your info!) If you wish to insure against items lost in the post specify recorded/special delivery, & please contact me for additional postage prices. Your purchase will be wrapped safely and securely. I use recycled packaging where possible.

Returns policy in the first instance please ring or email to discuss the best way to make you happy! If you should decide to return an item for credit I may ask you to cover return postage, but as long as the lines of communication are left open we should be able to find a pleasing solution to any problem! Earrings cannot be returned for hygene reasons.

You will receive a free Dichro bug with every order. This is one per order, not per item, sorry! Each bug will be different, so start a collection!
